Bathed in the gentle, resonant tones of crystal sound bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where healing and inner stillness naturally unfurl. This immersive sound journey is your space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Release stress, calm your mind, relax your nervous system and realigning your energy.
This session offers a nurturing space to rest, reset and restore your inner balance. There is nothing for you to do but arrive, lie down, let go and recieve. Mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions await you ~ Dress warm & cosy and bring any other items that will allow for you to create your own cocoon of comfort & safety.
