Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck on autopilot? This short in-person session will show you how using your own breath consciously and gently can calm your mind, reduce stress, and leave you feeling lighter.

This is called breathwork: simple techniques that use the breath to improve mental and emotional wellbeing. Anyone can do it.

In just 45 minutes, you can:

  • Sharpen focus – feel clear and mentally present
  • Sleep better – calm your nervous system for deeper rest
  • Be more present – around whānau, friends, and colleagues
  • Boost wellbeing – reduce stress, emotional overwhelm, and fatigue
  • Reset – more powerfully than a coffee break
