Want to be more happy, calm & balanced? Want to sleep better, improve your wellbeing and resilience ? This 8 week training is made for you!

Mindfulness is science-based and reduces feelings of stress, anxiety & depression.

Learn to manage your thoughts and feelings and how to train your brain using neuroplasticity for a happy life.

Improve your focus & attention, become less forgetful, live less on the autopilot and enjoy the present moment more.

Have you done a short training before? This is a great follow-up and extension of your knowledge and practice!

Down to earth “non spacey” training to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. All practices are downloadable as mp3.

Details: Starts 7 August, 7.30-9pm at the Churton Park Community Centre. Suitable for ages 15+.

Costs: $225 includes all 8 sessions of 90 minutes, 10+ downloadable mindfulness practices & weekly emails.
