What Will be Covered in This Session

This workshop will help you navigate life's challenges with a particular focus on remaining true to yourself and your values.

Drawing on the practical wisdom of evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this session will introduce highly effective tools for working with difficult experiences and the thoughts and emotions that often come with them.

It will also help you clarify, and take steps toward, your values to support your ongoing journey towards a rich, meaningful and fulfilling life.

This workshop will help you:

  • Mindfully navigate difficult experiences such as mental/physical health challenges, grief and loss, and mental/emotional burnout.
  • Address feelings of powerlessness and incapacity by clarifying and focusing on your values
  • Break out of procrastination or "stuckness", by coming up with practical/achievable goals that are in alignment with how you want to be in the world
