Carl Wu: Carl was a university lecturer before he came to New Zealand in 1996. He had humble beginnings working as cleaner, kitchen hand and factory worker. He was finally able to go back to university for further study, allowing him to make a career change into a librarian. Carl started investing in property in 2005, building up a solid portfolio before joining Ronovationz in 2011. Since then his portfolio has expanded dramatically to 14 properties, which enabled him to quit his full time job. Carl is keen to share his investment knowledge and help those who want to realize their home ownership dream, or climb up the property investment ladder steadily and safely.
