After nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, Vicki Ravlich-Horan started Nourish Magazine with the goal of creating a truly local food magazine that encouraged people to learn more about their food, be inspired by fresh seasonal produce and to enjoy cooking. 15 years on Nourish is the most read food and lifestyle magazine in the Waikato and BOP and NZs largest food magazine.
In addition to the magazine Vicki offers marketing and event services to other food businesses and recently launched Taste of Tours, small group bespoke foodie tours to Sicily, South Australia, Sri Lanka and more.
