Sacred Circle

Join me and a group of wise women as we gather together in this sacred space of intention, ritual and wisdom. Connect more deeply with yourself and the power within you in this safe, welcoming and empowering place.

Each event will focus on a different theme. You'll be guided and supported through different embodiment and awareness practices including gentle movement, breath-work, meditation, self enquiry, journaling and sacred ritual, all to help to raise levels of consciousness, uncover mysteries and feel more connected and at one with yourself and the universe. The evening ends with a beautiful mini sound bath to support rest and integration.

The Sacred Circle runs on the last Thursday of every month at The Life Centre in Ponsonby.
