Steph Peirce celebrates seasonal produce, fresh and bold flavours and the joys of creating an edible work of art. Her cooking is influenced by her upbringing on an orchard surrounded by seasonal produce, with both her mother and grandma teaching her the fundamentals of cooking. Steph went on to study Culinary Arts at Otago Polytechnic and shortly after, moved to Melbourne, the food capital of Australia, for several years. Steph then travelled and cooked her way through a long list of countries, including personal favourites: Italy, Greece and Turkey.
Steph’s mission is to inspire, educate and share the joy of cooking wonderful food from scratch.
