No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Practical Details:
Please enter via the driveway, past the deck, and through the glass doors. Remove shoes on entry (clean socks appreciated). The meditation room is the first door on the left. Please leave valuables at home.

About Sanskrit:
Sanskrit is one of the world’s oldest languages, the language of many ancient spiritual texts such as the Vedas, Upanishads, and Bhagavad Gita. Chanting in Sanskrit is believed to create a deep connection to the divine and awaken inner peace.
