Take a moment to slow down and return to yourself. Sea of Sound is a gentle and immersive sound healing event created to support & nourish your nervous system and guide you into deep rest.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a cup of warm, organic herbal tea to help you settle in. Then, you’ll simply lie down ~ cozy in a cocoon, with blankets and pillows waiting for you ~ and be guided into stillness with a deeply calming Yoga Nidra meditation.
As you rest, healing sound vibrations will wash over you in a soothing sound bath, helping to release tension, quiet the mind and bring your body back into harmony.
