Dueller Society & Scenic Sessions present “Sea Sessions 6.0 - Drum and Bass edition”.

NEW DATE Join us on Monday 28th December 2020 (Monday is a public holiday) as we commandeer the Bay Explorer vessel.
We will cruise the Tauranga harbour and enjoy views of the harbour, Mount Maunganui and Matakana Island from the upper deck.
Oh and by the way, enjoy the fully stocked bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
Come froth with top NZ and local Drum and Bass DJs.

What's included?
- A pass to board the 65ft Bay Explorer boat.

- Boarding from 4:30pm, 3 hour boat party cruise (5:00pm-8:00pm approximately), keep an eye on the Facebook event page for updates.

What to Bring:
You will need current ID (drivers licence or passport) to present for access on to the vessel.
A warm jacket (bring an extra layer or two so you can layer up or layer down according to the weather)
Eftpos card or cash (there is a licensed bar onboard, plus a range of snacks)
No BYO beverage or food, no drugs allowed onboard, bags maybe searched on arrival.
We recommended to keep pre-drinking to a minimum and anyone that is intoxicated on arrival will not be allowed to board the vessel, this is for your own safety and the safety or others.
Bring a positive and open mind to music and good vibes.
By purchasing a ticket to Dueller Society presents Sea Sessions, you confirm that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions.

TERMS &CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
1.1 Dueller Society is the “organiser" of "Sea Sessions”.
1.2 Dueller Society is the “hirer" of the Bay Explorer vessel.
1.3 Dueller Society and all attendees to Sea Sessions/ passengers on board the Bay Explorer vessel, must abide by the Bay Explorer’s rules and with the instructions of the crew, they are in charge and have the final say.
1.4 R20 event, ticket holders must be 20 years old and up.
2. TICKETING
2.1 Tickets are non-refundable.
2.2 Tickets must be in the ticket holders name, there is a guest list at the boat with all ticket holder names, name changes are $15.00 per ticket, to cover administration time and must be done by Sunday the 27th of December at 8.00pm.
2.3 Any patrons denied access to the boat or removed from the boat for not complying with the terms and conditions will not receive a refund and may be issued with a fine.
2.4 You must be on board the boat by the specified departure time.
2.5 The date, time and duration of this cruise (event) can be changed at anytime, without reason.
3. POSTPONEMENT
3.1 The Bay Explorer's crew and Dueller Society have the right to postpone or change times of the cruise for any reason (no refunds given, but tickets are valid to be used on next Sea Sessions cruise).
3.2 The Bay Explorer’s crew do not have to postpone the cruise if weather is unsatisfactory, if conditions are safe, the cruise can go ahead, the lower deck level is sheltered and is the "plan B” for wet weather.
4. PATRON BEHAVIOUR
4.1 The Bay Explorer crew and Dueller Society reserve the right to deny boarding, or remove guests who are deemed to be behaving in an unsatisfactory manner/misbehaving, are too intoxicated or who are posing a potential risk to other guests or the vessel.
4.2 If a patron is to be removed they will be taken to the nearest dock and removed from the vessel, no refund given (the nearest dock could include Matakana Island).
4.3 Strictly no drugs allowed onboard.
4.4 We recommended to keep pre-drinking to a minimum and anyone that is intoxicated on arrival will not be allowed to board the vessel, this is for your own safety and the safety or others.
5. TERMINATION OF CRUISE
5.1 If the skipper in charge feels it is required he will terminate any cruise anytime.
6 . If you are late, you will miss the boat! and you will forfeit
your ticket.

INFORMATION FROM THE BAY EXPLORER
HEALTH and SAFETY
The Bay Explorer and crew will provide a safe environment on board provided that you adhere to the safety rules and guidelines of the crew, and execute common sense.
As The Bay Explorer's services provide a unique venue on the water, we strictly adhere to a “no exit from the vessel policy” unless directed by the crew.
HOST RESPONSIBILITY
The Bay Explorer host responsibility objectives are to promote responsible drinking practices and to ensure you enjoy your cruise. We are required to operate within the law of the Sale of Liquor Act 2012.
The Bay Explorer has the right to exclude intoxicated persons boarding the vessel (no refund given) or the service and supply of alcohol. We will serve alcohol responsibly, or not at all.
The Bay Explorer will not serve intoxicated persons, The Bay Explorer will not serve minors. Identification will be asked for.
The Bay Explorer can provide and will promote food whilst drinking. The Bay Explorer can provide and will promote low-alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to passengers. The Bay Explorer can provide access to transport options. The staff will gladly contact a taxi or alternative form of transport.
This is for your safety, please help by informing other guests before arrival..
$300 fine can be issued if you:
· Exit the vessel (or attempt to exit) at anytime except when directed by staff at a controlled wharf area. (this could also result in fatal drowning)
· Smoke outside designated areas.
· Tamper with the safety equipment.
· Enter staff only areas.
· Remove any fixtures, equipment, or supplies.
· Damage furnishings, structure or equipment.
· Possession of alcohol (opened or not) that has not been purchased at the licensed bar onboard.
· Any act of aggression to other guests or staff.
· If the skipper in charge feels it is required he will terminate any cruise anytime.
Any violation could also involve police and any regulatory enforcement agency deemed necessary by the crew.
