About this event
Led by Sean and Louise, learn a version of play and leisure in a live context. Knowledge that has originated all the way in France is now here in Rotorua! Learn completely unique skills, so you're never ever afraid of an audience ever again, and learn how to connect and thrive with your fellow performers and the audience that sits in front of you! Remember to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
Sean Dioneda Rivera is a recent graduate from Te Kura Toi Whakaari o Aotearoa, a skilled actor and writer with a passion for uplifting and empowering voices of difference.
Sean has been featured as a writer at the New Works Development Festival, the Breaking Ground Writers Festival and has most recently been working on award-winning hip-hop musical Flames. Sean has worked with some of New Zealand's most prolific dance and theatre makers including Jane Yonge in Another Mammal, Jo Randerson in Clean Up in Aisle 3 and Tupua Tigafua in Ciggy butts in the sand. Sean hopes to continue making and being in work that will empower and embolden people with a point of difference.
