You have been invited to the SEEK Essentials Training.

This event is for corporate clients and will take place via a ZOOM webinar and a calendar invite will be sent with all details after registration.

Facilitated by our Customer Success Managers, this training is perfect for new team members, if you have never been involved in SEEK training, or if you are after a bit of a refresher. This session will be run in two parts:

1) Ad Optimisation - Duration: 60 minutes

  • Candidate Behaviour - How candidates are currently engaging with your ads posted on site
  • Sourcing Strategy - Understand the most effective approach to take for individual role needs
  • Law's of Attraction - Discover what drivers attract candidates to a role
  • Best Practice Ad Structure - Getting your job ad to work harder for you through data content & mobile optimisation

2) Premium Talent Search [Optional] - Duration: 30 Minutes

  • More flexibility in searching for candidates - This is our paid for product which allows you full access to search our candidate database of over 11 million profiles across New Zealand & Australia.
  • Live demonstration of tips & tricks to proactively find the most relevant candidates for specialisations - Including new features.
