Sessional Meeting – AGM Discussion Papers - Auckland

This Sessional Meeting is to gather additional feedback from members on two discussion papers raised at the 2018 AGM seeking input from members on potential future rules change, as there was insufficient time remaining for a robust discussion during the AGM.

The first paper relates to the make-up and tenure of Council, and the second relates to the voting rights of Associate Members.
