Members of the public are invited to purchase single session tickets to this Social Enterprise World Forum mini-plenary session.

Discussing Social Enterprise as a tool for communities to mobilise their own resources in ways that address their own needs, leverage their skills and tradition, grow their social capital and deliver long term change. What are the opportunities and challenges associated with empowering communities from the bottom up?
