Shaping Tomorrow: Exploring Return on Experience (ROE) in Workplace Design
We're lucky to partner with some amazing organisations – lawyers, professional services, tech companies, you name it – who are all trying to figure out the best way to make their workplaces work.
And let's be honest, everyone's got different needs these days. Some people are all about working from anywhere, while others need to be in the office. So, those old ways of measuring things? They're just not working anymore.
We've been on a journey to find a better way, and we've landed on something we call Return on Experience (ROE). It's basically a way to look at the whole picture – the space, the environment, the money, and how people feel. We've got a tonne of data from the last decade, and we're excited to share some stories about how ROE is making a real difference in how we build and use workspaces.
We invite you to join Julia McPherson and our interiors team to participate in a conversation about workplace, its values and ultimately the values that will define the workplaces of the next decade.
Admission is complimentary, but registration is required.
We hope to see you there!
