Sharpen Your Tools - Peer Support

Calling all attendees of the Buddy Workshops - Level 1 or level 2

This is a FREE informal gathering to support you to continue supporting others.

We invite you to come along and share how you have used your skills on site or in the workplace. In particular what worked well, reflections on how things are going, share success and pick up tips and tricks from others. We are also there to support you and will have a couple of scenarios to talk through.

For some, the festive season and new year is a time when managing their wellbeing becomes even more of a challenge.

The Bulding Wellness Team will also be joined by Gareth Andrewes from Yellow Brick Road, an organisation specialising in providing mental health support for families who have a loved one experiencing mental health challenges.
