Mark is focused on actualizing the possibility of a scalable response to the need felt by some shapers and makers of change to collaboratively find/develop, share and evolve methods for ‘being the change we want to see in the world’, in order to increase the integrity between the meaningful contributions we strive to make and the ways we live our lives, engage in relationships and collaborate with others doing the same. His work background is largely in the domain of innovation: intentional behaviour change platform development, a large scale democratic organizational change methodology, a strategic organizational learning system, a system for transitioning to high performance teamwork, collaborative inquiry methodologies and integrative methods (mostly self-directed) for self-transformation. Mark lives in Auckland and loves deep conversation and collaboration, especially in the context of beautiful natural environments.
