Announcing: New Directors' Community-of-Learning Webinars

Are you new (or newish) in the International Director/Manager role? Do you feel overwhelmed and isolated?

If you're longing for an opportunity to explore the challenges of the job with others who understand and can give you good advice based on their experience, join our Community-of-Learning Webinars for new Directors.


  • Ask your questions and listen to others' thoughts

  • Share your triumphs / frustrations / fears

  • Talk to others in the same boat

  • Learn from more experienced mentors

Event details:

  • There will not be one particular topic for each webinar. Rather, the content will be designed to meet the needs of the participants. The focus will be discussion and sharing rather than the transfer of information.

  • Participate from the comfort of your office / a sofa at home- all you need is a computer/tablet or smart phone and some headphones.

  • You don't need to be out of the office for a whole day, or even half - each webinar is only 90 minutes

  • Small groups - up to 7 newer directors, (and 1 mentor selected from our list of volunteers) plus the facilitator, Jennifer Kirkham of SIEBA.

  • Free of charge for SIEBA Member Schools
