About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

You’re not imagining it — your sleep really has changed.

For many women, broken sleep is one of the first signs of perimenopause.

You fall asleep easily, then wake up—like clockwork—at 1am, 3am…

Wide awake.

Brain racing.

Exhausted but wired. And no idea why.

I’ve been there. In my 40s, sleep fell apart again—this time with anxiety, weight gain, and a heavy dose of “WTF is happening?”

This masterclass is what I wish I’d known. You'll learn (Register to book your free spot today):

  • Why sleep often disappears in midlife, long before hot flushes or missed periods.
  • The reason you can't just 'go back to sleep' - what's changing in your brain + body
  • 3 things you can do today to get deeper, more restful sleep
  • Why sleep is a vital sign and the clue's it's giving you.

You'll leave with at at least one immediate win - and a much clearer understaning of why this is happening and what to do about it.

Your body is changing - your plan should too.
