About this event

The NZ Branch of the ASA are pleased to welcome colleagues to the 2022 Sleep In Aotearoa annual scientific meeting.

What’s New in 2022?

This year attendees will be illuminated by a three-part, in-depth introduction to parasomnias, featuring presentations by:

Dr Andrew Davies: Introduction to Parasomnias

Dr Michael Hlavac: Focusing on Adult Parasomnia

Dr Arthur Teng: Parasomnias in Children (Things that go Bump in the Night)

The main meeting will include presentations of submitted abstracts, and New Investigator Award session. We will send NIA and student/ANZSSA award applicants a link to a form to complete to confirm eligibility.

Given the ongoing COVID uncertainty, this meeting will be run online. Access details will be sent to all registrants during the week prior to the meeting.

Please note: registration closes 10th of May.

If you wish to submit an abstract, this should be emailed to the conference organisers sleepinaotearoa@gmail.com as a word document by 28th April. Please select abstract submission as an add-on during registration. Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words and follow the template of Aims/Methods/Results/Conclusions. All abstracts should contain a conflict of Interest statement from all authors.
