On average, we only have 24 minutes a week for any type of 'formal learning'. Time constrained and busy our learning and growth can sometimes take a back seat to the commitment of our everyday lives. Based on the era of micro-learning, JumpShift has developed a series of short, sharp workouts to combat this that will enable you to have clear takeaway actions that will produce winning results in a short amount of time.

Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and helps you to organise your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life.

What is it?

The Snacklables programme is based on a 2 1/2 hour workshop where you will work in groups to apply JumpShift’s D-I-Y process and use Adeption.io for action planning and collaboration.

The afternoon will cover:

  • Introduction and networking

  • Collaborative activities to stimulate thought and identify opportunities

  • Coaching by experienced facilitators in the field

  • Inspiring research and shared insights

  • Key activities and actions supported by the Adeption online learning platform that will enable you to keep track of your goals and results

Participants will leave with:

  • Inspiration and greater shared knowledge

  • An understanding of how setting goals can have a positive impact on your mental health and balance

  • Clearer direction on what you would like to achieve this year

  • A meaningful plan of action

  • Being part of a community of with whom you will remain connected

  • Access to the Adeption platform with specific content relating to time management

Your facilitator - Mark Watkins

Mark Watkins is an experienced facilitator at one of New Zealand's top leadership development companies (www.jumpshift.co.nz). He brings 20 years experience in facilitation and coaching having worked with organisations across the world through a number of consultancies including his own business. Mark inspires meaningful conversations and is passionate about what enables organisations, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.

Mark holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University in Birmingham, UK. He is a coach supervisor, an ICF accredited coach, an NLP practitioner, Insights accredited and loves personal and leadership development.
