Delivered by a self-confessed "pisshead" who thought she could be the first person alive to master balancing alcohol and yoga….

Jokes aside, Jade specialises in nervous system regulation, is a breathwork, meditation and yoga teacher and after struggling with her alcohol use, has been living an alcohol-free life for over two years.

Your Facilitator, Jade Lee

Jade is a mindfulness educator and highly experienced Human Resources professional. She is the author of the best-selling Amazon author of the Amazon bestseller “What My Sherpa Taught Me About Teams: A guide to engagement at work”.

Jade has experienced workplace bullying and took 7 months off work to recover from that experience, manage her anxiety and regain her mental health.

Jade is qualified in mental health first aid, a yoga, pilates, breathwork, and meditation teacher, and, as a professional, understands the struggles of prioritising mental health in a demanding world.
