Does your business or organisation have an engaging presence where more and more people are - online?  I suggest that every business in today's emerging digital world, needs to have a social media strategy just to stay in the game.

I want you to walk away after this 90 minute presentation, knowing what your next steps are, on your journey of discovering the power of this new media.

How to connect to your audience online

Businesses and organisations are increasingly turning to social media tools, to find, connect and engage with the people who can make their organisations and projects flourish.

It's not a quick fix, but once understood, and properly implemented, it has the power to significantly and positively impact on the well-being of the organisation.

The essential ingredients

Learn how the abundance of (mostly free) tools, can help you increase your organisation's influence.

Learn how easy it is to measure your effectiveness online, so that your time is well spent and gives you the best return on investment.

I'll ensure you have an understanding of the key principles that make for fruitful engagement with your customers online, as well as appreciate some of the common mistakes people make.

Where is it going?

I've reflected deeply on where social media has taken us, and will share my perspectives on this, and where it could go from here.

See you on the 1st of November.
Upstairs at 45 Camp St, Queenstown.
