This is a professional development opportunity for managers of volunteers to learn more more social media for volunteer organisations.

About this Event

Social media and how to use it effectively is a key issue for any business, and can be particularly tricky for organisations that don't always have the budget or the expertise in marketing and social media. This workshop targets small but effective steps that organisations can use to extend their reach to the community.

If you don't know Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, that is no problem! Mailchimp, kahoot, and other effective tools for engaging volunteers and the community will be explored. Bringing a cellphone with capability to use the internet is a must, as there will be practical elements to this workshop.
