So you've heard of vision boards? This is kind of the same but different....

Sure you can create a board full of the things you wish to bring in to your life, the big house, the car, the partner of your dreams, but if you are not aligned with the things on your board, and coming from an authentic space, it can be hard to bring them to fruition.

I believe that when we are aligned with our true self and understand the direction and path we are taking, it is then that The Universe gets on board and says "Gotcha! Now I know where we are going, let's do this thing!" And that..... is when the magic can happen....

It can be a great exercise at any point in life, and at any point in the year, if you are feeling need to get the holidays done and kids back to school before you can think of yourself, this could be the perfect time, or maybe you had planned to start something at the beginning of January but it didn't quite happen, then this could be for you; or maybe you are simply keen to find out more about yourself and connect back to your true self...

Please bring glue and scissors if you have them, and any pictures, magazines, card, frames of your own. I will be supplying basic card, magazines, music AND nibbles!
