Soothe your nervous system and bathe in the healing frequencies of the gong. This is a deeply restful, restorative session — no movement required, just lie back and receive.

Soothe your nervous system and bathe in the healing frequencies of the gong. This is a deeply restful, restorative session — no movement required, just lie back and receive.

Open to all levels – no experience with Kundalini yoga or sound healing needed.

What is Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is suitable for all levels and for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses that life throws at us. It is based on a set of exercises (kriya) ithat balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and reduces stress.

Yes! Kundalini Yoga is for every person. For every body type, fitness or flexibility level, and adapts to every life challenge and life style.

What is a gong bath?

You lie down, relax and recieve the healing frequencies of the gong. On a physical level, the gong releases tension and blocks in the body, The gong also works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, quietening the mind.
