Terms & Conditions – South Border Live in Wellington
- This ticket is valid only for the South Border Live in Wellington concert on 12 September 2025.
- Entry is subject to venue capacity and on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP ticket holders receive additional access as advertised.
- For the safety and security of all attendees, you may be required to present a valid photo ID upon entry. This ensures tickets are used by the rightful holders and helps maintain a smooth and secure event environment.
- All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the organizers will assess refunds in line with their legal obligations under New Zealand law. For rescheduled events, tickets will remain valid. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Children aged 5 and under may enter free but must remain on a guardian's lap.
- By entering, you consent to photography and filming. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the auditorium. A designated area will be available for food consumption. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

Doors will open at 5:00 PM. The concert starts at 7:00 PM. General Admission (GA) ticket holders may wait in the hallway lounge area. VIP ticket holders may arrive earlier as they will receive a separate instruction regarding arrival time for their pre-cocktail and soundcheck experience.
