Spring Breathwork Class – A Journey Into Stillness and Renewal
Overview
As the season turns toward light and renewal, we invite you to a gentle yet powerful evening of guided breathwork and meditation.
Through conscious breathing, we quiet the mind, cleanse the body of accumulated tension, and open the heart to the peace that already lives within.
This session will introduce simple, effective techniques drawn from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, whose approach to meditation unites stillness with joy, and effortlessness with inner depth.
The evening will include:
- Breath awareness and relaxation practices
- Guided rhythmic breathing sequences
- Short silent meditations
- Reflections on the link between breath, peace, and the soul
No previous experience is necessary — just a sincere wish to explore the life-giving power of the breath.
