Description

The Stanford Living a Healthy Life programme is a FREE self management course for people with Long Term Conditions (LTCs). Held in a friendly, group setting for 21/2 hours a week for six weeks, participants develop a range of skills to help manage their health, including:

Problem solving, action planning, managing symptoms, healthy sleep, emotions, relationships and communication,exercise, healthy food choices, relaxation, and many more...

Carers and support people are encouraged to attend too.

Dates for this course:

  1. Tuesday 3 October
  2. Tuesday 10 October
  3. Tuesday 17 October
  4. Tuesday 24 October
  5. Tuesday 31 October
  6. Tuesday 7 November
  • All sessions run from 10:00am to 12:30pm

Participants receive a certificate upon completion of the course (requires attendance at four or more sessions).

You will receive the greatest benefit by attending all sessions.
