Charlotte Twigg is the GM Commercial and Experience at Northern Districts Cricket, a role she’s proudly held for over five years.

A former (not-so-good) Wellington Blaze cricketer, Charlotte brings first-hand knowledge and deep passion to her mission of elevating the women's game and creating meaningful fan and community experiences.

Away from her day job, she is one of the proud faces of Move it Mama, a collective of like-minded women connected through exercise.

Charlotte is driven by a vision of a sporting landscape where women receive equal opportunities, recognition, and support – on and off the field.
