CATH VINCENT

Cath has been a business consultant in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand for over 20 years and is an Associate at the Prime Strategies Group helping small businesses to stop leaking profit.

An award-winning keynote speaker, she speaks on performance and productivity, behavioural change and leadership.

Cath is a self-starter, and her drive has seen her reinvent herself internationally and win multiple business awards.

She even renovated a distressed warehouse and former methamphetamine lab in the heart of Auckland City into a motivational hub called Studio 38, where she lives and works with her husband, daughter, and wire-haired fox terrier.

Studio 38 is a 50-seat venue and recording studio which hosts workshops, charity events and her own broadcast TV show as well as her personal passion project - a women’s speaking group called She Says So to unleash the confidence you were born with.


ADRIAN CLARKE

Adrian is an experienced facilitator, sales professional, digital marketing adviser, manager and business owner. Prior to joining Integrity Solutions, over the past 30 years he started, grew and then successfully sold five printing businesses both in the UK and in New Zealand.

He is now focused on his passion for developing people with Integrity Solutions. He strongly believes in achieving your full potential, both physically and mentally. He derives great satisfaction in helping people remove their barriers and achieve success in every area of their life.

Adrian’s philosophy is that sales, communication and leadership skills are essential in the majority of occupations, as well as most aspects of everyday life. Therefore improving these skills, beliefs and attitudes will help you for the rest of your life.

Originally from the UK, Adrian is based in North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand. He loves football and is a passionate, lifelong Liverpool supporter. He is also an enthusiastic guitarist.


MEGAN BRICE

Megan is the founder and owner of Integrity Solutions Centre, an independently owned, Australasian alliance partner with Integrity Solutions, LLC.

Megan’s personal overarching goal is to help business leaders transform their company culture to create a better working world with measurable, successful outcomes.

She is passionate about helping people realise their potential, embrace their personal value and find inspiration in their work. With a background in business psychology, in the early part of her career, Megan established psychologists and trainers in New Zealand and Australia for a large human resources consulting firm. She personally psych tested thousands of people, predominantly for recruitment and training purposes. 14 years of experience in this field provided her with an indepth understanding of human nature and people’s potential and ability to change.

Megan has been conducting integrity Solutions training since 1991. She is an accomplished virtual and classroom facilitator, key note speaker and business coach. She is an accredited Master Facilitator for Integrity Solutions’ programmes, providing Train The Trainer certification programmes for clients. Megan is also an accredited NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Hypnotherapy provider. She is based in New Zealand and works with clients throughout Asia-Pacific.
