Team Up 2 Clean Up – STREAM CLEAN SERIES! 🌊

We’re taking T2C to the streams!

We’re running a special Stream-focused edition of T2C, designed to raise awareness about getting to know our neighbourhood streams, and what we can all do to protect our local waterways.

Come along for a clean-up with purpose — and leave with new knowledge about how your actions can reduce flood risk and build a more resilient community.

Meet at 10 AM, 19 October, Sunday at Te Piringa Bridge, 1508 Great North Road, Waterview, Auckland 1026.

All cleaning tools will be provided.

This stream clean up is special run by Friends of Oakley Creek, Urban Ark and Earth Action Trust.

Coming to the event please consider to:

• Check the weather forecast and wear appropriate gear.
• By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you are physically fit for outdoor work for 2 hours.
• If you have allergies or medical conditions, carry any necessary medication and you should also inform the event lead if required
• Practice good hygiene and stay home if you’re sick.
• Children Under 16 - We welcome younger participants; please ensure they are accompanied by an adult for safety.

In case of extreme weather condition, you will be notified of the cancellation.
