Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is user-friendly and effective; tapping on calming points on the body often brings significant emotional and physical relief. Simple enough a child can use it and profound enough in its effects to be an unusually effective therapeutic technique.

Objectives of this Workshop:

1. Explain the origin and effectiveness of EFT.

2. Demonstrate the power of attention

3. Use EFT to desensitize an upsetting memory and release physical pain.

4. List exploratory questions to find core memories.

5. Use EFT techniques for overwhelm, stress, anxiety, pain and discomfort, cravings and upsetting memories for yourself and others.

6. Name and use 5 different EFT tapping strategies

7. Identify and challenge limiting beliefs
