About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Are you the parent of a child who worries?

Does your child ask for constant reassurance?

Do you find it difficult to separate from your child at school/events?

It can be very challenging to know how to support your child when they are experiencing anxiety and worry. In many cases it can become frustrating and distressing for parents and children alike. This webinar focusses on identifying the underlying cause for anxiety based behaviour and provides practical tools and strategies for parents who would like to support their child's emotional development more effectively. Time for questions and answers will also be provided to ensure that all participants feel they have an opportunity to learn skills specific to their unique family situations.

The seminar will be presented by Clinical Psychologist, Shannon Lopez. Shannon has a special interest in supporting parents to feel more confident when responding to their children's needs and has designed this webinar to be engaging and empowering.
