Join the all Surfer, Girl Gang! Our women’s weekly progressive surfing program - every Saturday or Sunday morning for 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
Join the Surf Sistas Club and embark on an exciting journey of learning to surf, honing your techniques, and boosting your ocean confidence while having an absolute blast! This ongoing weekly surf program is specifically designed for women of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your surfing skills, Surf Sistas is here to support you. Maximize your progress by booking a longer program, allowing you to track your improvement week by week and month by month. Our Sistas are broken up into 2 groups; beginner and intermediate surfers, to ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions.
What’s Included:
> ALL equipment; surfboards and wetsuits (or bring your own).
> Up to 3 dedicated, qualified and experienced coaches.
> Maximum target ratio of 1 instructor to 5/6 Sistas.
> Weekly updates via email on conditions and learning progress.
> 5% off all surfboards from our shop and 10% off all wetsuits & accessories.

Beginners Group:
> Beach awareness, understanding the wind and waves, oceans and tides and staying safe at the beach.
> Surfboard design and use, sea entry and correct surfboard handling.
> Catching waves with correct body and hand position, stopping your surfboard.
> Catching waves with paddling technique, learning the pop up to stand technique.
> Standing surfing position and riding a wave for as long as possible.
> Better paddling techniques for speed and efficiency.
> Getting out past breaking waves.
Intermediate Group:
> Reading waves and understanding the different types of waves, what to catch, when to and why.
> Catching the unbroken wave.
> Timing & take offs.
> Frontside / backside turns and riding down the face of the wave
