About this Event
Workout 4 Wellness provides accessible fitness classes which not only benefit you as the participant but your wider community. 20% of all proceeds go to the Mental Health Foundation to support the wellbeing of other Kiwi.
Join us for our Sweat & Stretch event live in studio or virtually from the comfort of your own home.
Kaya and Sophia will take you through a 60 minute total body workout to kickstart your weekend and leave you feeling refreshed. Following the workout we'd love for you to join us for some refreshments and a chat in studio.
