Thursday 3/23 Join Ashley as she focuses on busting myths, learning the health benefits of meditation and understanding the importance of meditation in our self care routine. Bring along your own pillow and blanket for maximum comfort!
Thursday 3/30 Celebrate the last evening with Sam as she teaches us her secrets with essential oils. Looking for balance, calmness, or energy? You'll find which oils work for you.
Come along to the evening sessions and learn a few tips and tricks to focus on our breath, reduce stress and find the essential oils that release and support the energy flow through our chakras.
