Who will be there?
A mixture of real world leaders and specialists looking to create a better place through connection, collaboration, and co-creation.
Once again we have the unique opportunity to hear, share and compare what’s happening across a wide variety of organisations. We'll be tackling what really matters to improve business performance, by leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of the group. You’ll also learn from, and be inspired by, leaders who have created collaboration on a supersized scale:
Martin Snedden, CNZM - Collaboration doesn’t come much bigger in scale than an entire nation. As CEO of Rugby New Zealand 2011, Martin was responsible for organising and running the Rugby World Cup. Dozens of cities and towns, hundreds of clubs, hundreds of employees, thousands of volunteers, millions of fans. They all came together to create ‘A Stadium of 4 Million’.
Dale Williams, ONZM - Hear how Dale transformed Otorohanga to achieve sustainable full employment for youth. As a three-term Mayor, he engaged all parts of the community and encouraged them to collaborate in ways they had never before. So successful was his approach, it led to the launch of the New Zealand Mayors Taskforce for Jobs, a 'Youth to Work' strategy, for use in all communities.
