About this Event
This summer, UC French Society will be collaborating with Alliance Française Christchurch to host two cooking workshops featuring New Caledonian cuisine, in which French chef Melanie Oudet will demonstrate how to prepare and serve a three-course meal of authentic New Caledonian fare. Tasting portions of the prepared dishes will be served at the end of each demonstration, so bring your appetites!
Allergens include raw fish and gluten.
