Mignon brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to the table. She has worked across Europe and Asia, built and run several small businesses, and carved out a career in technology as a leader, creator, strategist, and futurist.
Today, she is the Regional Manager at MomentumIQ, a digital transformation consulting agency in Aotearoa, where she helps organisations embrace change and innovation.
With extensive experience in hiring and sitting on countless interview panels, Mignon has developed a sharp eye for what makes great talent stand out—along with the red flags to avoid. At this event, she’ll share her insights, practical wisdom, and candid advice to help others navigate the hiring process with confidence.
