E te whānau, join us in Melbourne on Friday 31 October for a Rangitāne o Wairau Whānau Wānanga and shared kai.
This wānanga is open to whānau of all ages, from pēpi to kaumātua, and we would love to meet you all. The afternoon will be focused on creating new connections, enjoying whakawhanaungatanga, and gathering as Rangitāne uri living in Australia.
We’ll share kai, enjoy kōrero, and present updates from home so you can stay connected with what’s happening in Wairau. Come along to learn, connect, and celebrate what it means to be Rangitāne.

Why Melbourne? We know whānau across Australia want us to visit, and we’re listening. While we can’t be everywhere at once, we remain committed to serving all our whānau as best we can, and this is just one of many steps in that journey.
We’re also visiting Gold Coast and Brisbane! If you live closer to those areas and wish to join us there, please register for the relevant location via our Eventbrite listings.
When registering, please ensure you include the names of all whānau attending. If you’re bringing a tamaiti aged 5 and under, please select the correct ticket type, this helps us cater appropriately.
Please contact events@rangitane.org.nz if you have any pātai, and please do share this with your whānau.
