Te Pae Tōmina 2024

Te Pae Tōmina program is designed to empower kaiako to develop and grow their unique leadership style and will inspire kaiako and new tumuaki to achieve their full potential on their leadership journey. This program integrates cutting edge leadership theories with practical tools and techniques.

We hope that Te Pae Tōmina will provide the tools and knowledge needed to:

• inspire, strengthen, and challenge our next wave of future leaders within NKAI
• build relationships and develop a support network for emerging leaders and new tumuaki
• build leadership skills and strengths across NKAI
• prepare a career pathway using leadership goals for 2024
• prepare a wellbeing plan for emerging and new leaders across NKAI

Nau mai koutou ngā kaihautū kura e whanake mai ana, ngā tumuaki tuarua, ngā kaihautū kaupapa, ngā tumuaki hou koutou ngā kaiako e rangatahi tonu ana.

This is a two-day programme of keynote speakers and workshop presentations.

TE RĒHITATANGA

1. Ka kati: 28 o Āperira e 2024, 5pm
2. Te utu: $150 + GST - ia tangata. Kāre tēnei utu e whakahokia ki te kura.
3. Te whakatau: Kia tae mai tō utu ki a NKAI kua tau tō rēhita.
4. Ngāi Tūreiti: Ki te tae tūreiti mai tō rēhita, ka riro mā te Kura e whakarite, e utu te/ngā rūma mō ana kaimahi. Ko ngā kai mā NKAI e utu.

TE WHAKAWĀTEA & TE WHAKAKORENGA

1. Ko te akiaki kia tau mai te katoa kua rēhita.
2. Me ū, me mau tonu ki te wānanga tae noa ki te mutunga.
3. Mena me whakakore tō rehita, ā, kīhai te take e taea te tautoko e NKAI, ka tukuna atu tētahi nama ki te kura.
4. Ki te puta tētahi parekura ā-rohe, ā-motu rānei ka whakakorehia te hui. Ka whakahokia atu ngā utu e tika ana, ki te kura.
