We are excited to be back with another Health and Wellness Coach Hui!

Our first hui was all about Connection and Networking. This time, we’re shifting the focus to Prevention and Wellness, reflecting the feedback from last time that participants wanted more kōrero and practical tools around mental health and wellbeing.

We’re thrilled to welcome a line-up of talented and knowledgeable local presenters who have generously offered their time to share their mahi with us

Self-care for KaiawhinaTe Hiku Hauora, RN Denham Pivac, Wellness Team: Tools to support your own wellbeing, and practical strategies to share with clients and whānau.

Pelvic Floor CareRehab Coach NZ: Dave & Sonia: Following rave reviews of their presentation at Te Hiku Hauora Menopause Evening, this session will cover pelvic health and introduce upcoming classes (for both men and women).

Rakau OraVanessa Kite: Credentialled Mental Health Nurse & DAPAANZ-registered Counsellor, bringing over 10 years’ experience in clinical case management to share her mahi and services.

Doubtless Bay RetreatLaura Rose: Workshops and retreats that beautifully support prevention and wellness. Laura will share insights from her Low Carb Solution Workshop and lived experience.

We can’t wait to gather again, strengthen our collective mahi, and continue building the future of Health & Wellness Coaching in Te Tai Tokerau.
