About this event

As the crisp autumn air blankets the world in hues of amber and gold, join us for a transformative journey into the depths of your soul through the harmonious union of tea ceremony and soulful artistry.

Led by the serene presence of Sierra and the intuitive guidance of Elle, our workshop, "Tea Ceremony x Soul Art," invites you to immerse yourself in the essence of nature and connect with your innermost being to unleash the artist within.

The tranquil ambiance of the tea ceremony, guided by Sierra, will envelop you in a serene embrace, as you sip on fragrant teas that echo the whispers of autumn's symphony. Allow the soothing rituals of the ceremony to center your spirit and open your senses to the beauty that surrounds you.

Following the tea ceremony, Elle will guide you through a meditation journey, delving deep into the core of your being, where creativity resides. Through intuitive activations and soulful meditations, you'll awaken the artist within, tapping into the boundless reservoir of inspiration that flows from your innermost self.

With your soul illuminated and your senses awakened, it's time to embark on the expressive adventure of soul art. Guided by Elle, you'll channel the essence of autumn's palette onto canvas, letting the colors of the season dance with your intuition and flow onto the blank canvas before you. This is not just art; it's a sacred expression of your inner landscape, a reflection of your soul's journey.

We provide all the necessary art supplies; all you need to bring is yourself and an open heart. Whether you're an experienced artist or a novice explorer, this workshop is for anyone seeking to awaken their inner creativity and connect with the soulful rhythms of nature.

About your facilitators:

Sierra is an artist & tea meditation facilitator originally from Hanoi, Vietnam.

Her journey with meditation started in 2014 in Auckland while finishing her degree in Architecture. She joined a Bhakti yoga spiritual path for over 3 years to learn meditation & how to teach meditation. After leaving the spiritual path, Sierra has been creating her own oracle decks on wellness and offering regular meditation classes at The Grounded Circle. In 2020, Sierra reconnected with the practice of tea ritual drinking in the tradition of Northern Vietnam & Southern China. She has been hosting mindful tea ceremonies and sharing the art of tea in both private and group sessions all around Auckland.

Sierra's passion is to support people’s wellness through the grounding practices of a simple tea ceremony, intuitive art creating & embodiment exercises.

Elle is a meditation guide, Reiki practioner and qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has specialized in the Simpson Protocol which enables clients to get in touch with their Super Conscious- where our Soul, Intuition and abilities to connect on an energetic level to all things lives.

Elle has a Bachelor of Visual Arts which honed her artistic processes, establishing a career in Photography as well.

Over time, Elle kept coming back to process and mediums, the flow of energy and how when combined with Self it can be a truly rewarding, magical experience. This is where meditation and art become one in the same.

Elle's goal is to grow with this community, to help her clients heal deeply and achieve a greater sense of self.
