Anyone aged 18+ is welcome! Whether you're new to wellness or already on your self care journey, this event is designed to uplift all. This is an inclusive experience for all genders.

Do I need to sit on the floor for this workshop?

No, you’ll be comfortably seated on a chair. You will be invited to stand up for some light movement, only if you're able to and feel comfortable doing so.

What should I bring or wear?

Just bring yourself, wear something comfortable, all materials and refreshments will be provided.

Yes! Your ticket includes a light afternoon tea with coffee or tea, a delicious sandwich, and a pastry, nourishment for both body and mind.

Where exactly is the venue located?

The workshop will be held at Oak Eatery, located on Level 2 of the Royal Oak Shopping Mall.
If you’re entering via the Pak'nSave entrance, you can take the escalator up. If you're closer to Whitcoulls, the lift is nearby for easy access. There are also stairs available via the center of the mall.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there’s plenty of parking available at Royal Oak Shopping Mall. Main car parks in front of the mall and Pak’nSave, underground car park as well as the back car park, have a 120-minute (2-hour) free limit.

Yes, there will be light event photography for memories and promotion. Let us know on the day if you prefer not to be photographed.

Can I support even if I can’t attend?

Absolutely! You can still purchase a ticket as a donation even if you can’t make it on the day. 100% of proceeds go directly to charity, so your contribution will still make a meaningful impact.
