No, you’ll be comfortably seated on a chair. You will be invited to stand up for some light movement, only if you're able to and feel comfortable doing so.

The workshop will be held at Oak Eatery, located on Level 2 of the Royal Oak Shopping Mall. If you’re entering via the Pak'nSave entrance, you can take the escalator up. If you're closer to Whitcoulls, the lift is nearby for easy access. There are also stairs available via the center of the mall.
Yes, there’s plenty of parking available at Royal Oak Shopping Mall. Main car parks in front of the mall and Pak’nSave, underground car park as well as the back car park, have a 120-minute (2-hour) free limit.
Yes, there will be light event photography for memories and promotion. Let us know on the day if you prefer not to be photographed.
