3 day introductory retreat
Led by Arohananda and student practitioners
About the Introductory retreat
This introductory weekend is the first step for anyone who is interested in finding out more about Tushita Hermitage Ashram and the study with the Spiritual Master. After this weekend, you can apply to attend Spiritual Immersion retreats if you wish to consider further.
Over the weekend, Arohananda and some student practitioners with the Spiritual Master, will talk, show and answer questions about the foundation principle of Love and Self-Responsibility. These principles allow the human nervous system to calm down, relax, feel more at ease in the body. Then it is possible to listen more clearly to the inherent feeling of Love in your body.
“We all suspect or intuit that the body/mind has a greater capacity, a greater potential to feel full and happy. And far too often, we are not helped, encouraged, instructed to truly understand and feel that the Source of our Greatest Potential is already with us, already in us, already without conditional approval.””
— Master Yanchiji
Some of the points that students will cover could be called a ‘fluid’ general Yogic discipline, through light intelligent conversations about their life, and their open attitude about the spiritual master and their unfolding practice. This can often help to inspire people to consider for themselves this great and profound practice.
These retreats are open to all. The retreat is not based on any religion or dogma.
The cost is $140 and includes meals and accommodation.
