Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is ideal for people leads, team leaders, HR coordinators/advisors, and business owners who want to improve how they conduct performance reviews.

What’s included in the registration?

You’ll receive access to live sessions, downloadable slides, a practical performance review checklist, and a certificate of completion.

How many people are allowed per workshop?

Each workshop is designed for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants to ensure interactive, engaging learning.

What if I miss the live sessions?

If you meet the cancellation or refund criteria, you may choose to enroll in the next scheduled session or request a refund. Unfortunately, if you do not meet the criteria, no refund will be granted.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your seat up to 48 hours before the workshop to be eligible for a full refund or enrolment in the next session. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for refunds. *Exceptional circumstances maybe considered on a case-by-case basis.
