The Holidays Act is being repealed and replaced with the Employment Leave Bill – a solution that is intended to simplify leave entitlements and generally make the system fairer.
This session will explain the changes as well as the impacts on you and your staff, and get us thinking about what your business can do to prepare for the new rules. Come prepared with tricky scenarios that you want answers to so that we can workshop practical solutions.
